One day a friend of mine was telling me how the Lord required her to give away a silver ring.

This was difficult for her to do, but as soon as she did so, she felt a real release in her spiritual growth.

Soon afterwards, she was visiting a friend of her's, when her friend suddenly said, "I don't know why, but I feel the Lord wants me to give you my ring," and handed her a silver ring.

So my friend received back what she gave - only this time she can wear the ring knowing that it came from Jesus.

When I heard that testimony, I said to the Lord, “I think I’d like some silver jewellery too.”

So I went to the shop and bought a silver watch for around $250 – which I thought was quite a lot to spend on a watch.

But when I got home, the Lord didn’t allow me to feel right in my spirit about my purchase.

I had no peace until I agreed to return it.

As soon as I determined to take it back to the shop, the Lord said:

“If you want a silver watch, I can give you a much better one that that”.

So I returned the watch and obtained a refund, then five days later I was out to dinner, and a friend handed me his watch and asked me to try it on.

As I did so he commented, “It fits you,doesn’t it?”

When he saw that it fitted me, he said:

“Keep it – I’ve been feeling for some time that I’m meant to give it to you!”

It was a silver, Emilio Valentino, made in Italy, with twelve diamonds in it – worth around $2000.
